Lakeside Harbour Dockominiums

Conveniently located half way between Lake Winnebago and Lake Butte des Morts on the Fox River in downtown Oshkosh, Lakeside Harbour Dockominium Association offers a truly unique marina experience.

The marina consists of 73 dockominium boat slips set in a secure, park like setting.  All slips have a private wharf area adjacent to the slip, dual 120V, 30A electrical connections (optional single 220V, 50A connection available), city water, and cable TV.  Slips are 15’ wide and can accommodate boats from 28-45’.  The property is fenced and gated for security.

All slips are located along the access road, meaning no long walks down docks towing a cart to get your gear to your yacht.

Our Unique Association

Lakeside Harbor is a Dockominum Association.  All of the slips are privately owned and the Marina is run by an elected Board of Directors comprised of slip owners.

If you would like to become part of the Lakeside Harbour community there are several slips for sale and many slips that are rented out on a yearly basis.  Please see the For Sale and For Rent pages on this website.  Slip sales and rentals are private transactions with the slip owner.  Slip owners set their own price for yearly rentals and sale of their slips.
